- 3 Large eggs
- 115g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 140ml Milk
- a pinch of salt
- Separate the egg whites from the egg..
- Blend all dry ingredients with the egg yolk.
- Whisk the egg whites with salt until they show stiff peaks.
- Fold the egg whites into the rest of the batter.
- Pour into thick small cakes in a medium hot pan
