Who doesn't love scones? I for sure do. These scones are fluffier than the average and taste a little bit better.
- 2 cups white all-purpose flour or fine wholemeal (wheat) flour
- 2 tbl baking powder
- 1/2 tbl salt
- 2 tbl darker sugar
- 50gr butter
- 3/4 natural yoghurt
- A little of the smetana or yoghurt
- Golden granulated sugar
- Preheat the oven to 220C
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Work the soft but not melted butter into the dry ingredients.
- Mix in the yoghurt and make the scones.
